Having trouble logging in? There are a number of reasons for this:

  • You may have entered an incorrect Password (note - Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE).

  • You may have forgotten your Password, if so, please Click here.

  • You may have included a space at the beginning or end of your Password.

  • You may be using an expired/inactive Eat Drink and More Indonesia Membership Number to login. Please Contact Us to renew your membership.

  • You may not have activated your Online Account, if so, please Click here.

  • You may be behind a firewall. Please consult your IT team for assistance.

  • If you continue to have difficulties, please Contact Us.

Having trouble viewing the booking page? Here are a few tips:

  • Please ensure that your Pop-up Blocker has been turned off.

  • If your Pop-up Blocker is turned on, you will not be able to view the booking page as it is opened in a new web browser.
